Monday August 5th – NSC – 20:30 to 22:00 – SENIORS ONLY

Monday August 12th – NSC – 20:30 to 22:00 – SENIORS ONLY
Tuesday August 13th – NSC – 18:00 to 19:00 – JUNIORS ONLY

Monday August 19th – NSC – 20:30 to 22:00 – SENIORS ONLY
Tuesday August 20th – NSC – 18:00 to 19:00 – JUNIORS ONLY

Monday August 26th – BANK HOLIDAY – NO TRAINING
Tuesday August 27th – NSC – 18:00 to 19:00 – JUNIORS ONLY
