Saturday Update – 2nd November 2024
A return to cup action in week 9 of the Mixed hockey season with only 2 teams in action this weekend in a derby match as Vikings A took on Vikings B for a place in the Cup Final.
Vikings Mixed A (5 – 2) Vikings Mixed B
An entertaining and fun derby game between the A and B team which can be unusual as intra-club derbies can be hotly contested.
There were no cards given and everyone still gave it 100% .
For the B team, Josh Dougal showed great skill, drive, passion and desire and drove the team forward linked well with all of his team mates and ran for miles to pick up the player of the match for the B team
